Much as we might love them on here, we do lose a fair few almeras by whichever means, accidental or deliberate, so here's a thread dedicated to those lost over the years, may they rust in pieces.

(Go on, make it a sticky!)

We have here Syms' first GTi, skidded on ice into a wall.

EvilJohnny's GTi, also skidded on ice.

K9Plums, transit van skidded on gravel into the GTi.

Pablo's GTi, died of rust and a constant clutch problem so was broken for spares.

My very own 5-door SRi 'Nymo', died of rust and overheating problem, broken up.

My red GTi I bought for spares to fix up my black GTi.

TIIEWLs Green 5-Door GTi, t-boned by a lorry, he survived but woke up in hospital with no recollection of the accident.
