Was looking through this thread ( some very amusing ways of totalling a car ) ,but it was mentioned about how many of a particular car might be left on the roads. Remembered a site mentioned on Top Gear, and checked out my car , the 2.0 gti. Quoted in 2011 there were 328 of them left out of the original 1400 or so that were registered on British roads. Not that many really, so if you,ve got one , look after it.

''Behave, it wasn't my fault at all! i was only going like 65 as i was only in the middle lane trying to overtake a car, looked over my shoulder, did everything i should have done, for a change, and nothing was there, then the other car flew up at like 100 lifted the rear of mine up and caused me to spin into the barrier. I had to be cut out and got took to hospital but luckily i've only got whiplash and a bruised base to my spine, the paramedics were saying that 7 times out of 10 people wouldn't have made it so i'm feeling quite lucky to be honest!''
