The Hulk

Vaccum leak? IACV okay?

The lightweight flywheel is definately contributing to revs dropping so quick, maybe the current tune on the emanage cant compensate for the revs dropping so quick?

No fuel is injected on overrun, and when you dip the clutch it quickly needs to get some fuel in to keep the motor running...dunno..

I only say this as I had these problems during tuning, but was cured with map adjustments.

Whats your idle speed?
Was the base ignition timing adjusted on the old setup at all?

Base timing wasn't adjusted on the old setup. Idle speed is around 750-800rpm. I could probably bump this up to 850rpm though, see if it helps.
I'll have to check the vac lines and IACV again when I get home from work tonight. Hopefully I can sort it out, otherwise I will play around with the lower RPM mapping

I messed about with the base idle and have corrected my rev drop issue. Car drives awesome now, I will try get some videos up in a few days once I sort a few other little issues out.

Arrived from Japan yesterday:

Just finished welding up my new dump pipe (hopefully the welds hold lol) I spent ages trying to get the welds to penetrate properly around the part where I joined my old one to the new one. It has a bung for my wideband sensor too :)
Arc welding is not recommended haha, might have to invest in a MIG one day.

Painted pipes black, was sick of looking at shiny aluminium.

Fixed radiator hose issue that was hitting the turbo actuator.

Mounted the overflow bottle over other side of the engine bay using the original bracket, just need to get some longer hose for it.

Need to replace the blue hoses with black ones, cause the blue looks teh gheys.
I also fixed an issue I was having with my actuator after rotating, 3mm spacers in between the actuator and the bracket solved this. Hopefully now I will be able to see full boost.

Won't be able to test it till I re-fill the coolant, and can't do that till I extend the hose.

It goes alright, I chopped out alot of the footage from the trip though. I couldn't see alot of footage because the sun was in the camera.

I'll do some more footage from another location one time to better capture its performance. There was too much traffic to give it a good hit.

Well, haven't updated here for a while.

A few weeks ago I got the car in for a tune. Its running Nistune for the ECU now, and puts out 138kw@11PSI.

I have basically hit the maximum power that I may be able to achieve with my current setup.

I've been doing alot of interior stuff lately, and recently re-trimmed/painted everything black.
Door trims (done a while ago):

And I as I like car audio, I have been mucking around with that too. I installed a CarPC and custom dash surround with a 7" touch screen in it.
