No it's just a vinyl paint you can spray on fabrics. You can get it from Halfords. I have have used it on my door cards etc and made them black when I first got my n15. It looks alright apart from when you aim a direct flash at it, lol

I got the flywheel off another Pulsar forum member, I'm not sure where he got it from though. And yes, it is about 3kg.

I like the work on the interior. May have to steal some of those ideas! You can get that vinyl paint over her from Frosts
