-Twilight- Pulsar JN15 VZ-R N1 "Scarlet"

what size of exhaust do you have? is there any problem to fit CUSCO lower arm brace to Almera with 4-2-1 headers and 70 mmm exhaust?

At last after almost a month my car is complete... well actually I plan tomorrow to tint it but that's all of it.

Not yet the proper photos, but Friday at Salonica Tuning Show I promise

Behind a Toyota Avensis (Caldina) with a 4AGE motor:

Works done:

Total respray A20 Scarlet Red
The blacks are GL1 Midnight Black
Whites were QM1 Polar White
Installed front Nismo GRP replica splitter thanks to "o dog"
Installed VZ-R side skirts FRP replicas thanks to EliasGR
Installed side door trims thanks to Nigel (fidd70)
Smoothed the rear bumper strip
Smoothed some chassis - rear fender joints
Cleaned all parts removed and reinstalled properly
Cleaned and rust-proofed the floor
Installed Cusco front 4-point power brace
Installed fender bars
Installed JDM power folding mirrors (by me)
Installed 2-way Avital car alarm system
Full rebadged
Installed K11 light bulb plug in order to have clearance with the fender bars
Installed antenna base from a Citroen C5
Readjusted all moving parts (doors, hood etc.) and fenders

Basically a new GTi there. Lovely.

I assume that the last photos make the red look bluer? Looks more red in the paint shop?

Personally I'd go for simpler all-black wheels and the whole lucino grille in the same black as the trim.. and deglobe the indicators.. but that's just personal taste. It looks great.

In a word... thanks!

GTi... you insulted me mate! :P :P :P That's a VZ-R N1 Nismo!

Blue-ish? Not... that's because of the other car, it is not at all blue-ish. This colour has undertaken much consideration for that... I don't want to look like Superman.

As for the wheels I consider some time in the future to respray them. Grill should be red according to my taste, otherwise it looks like its been taken from a wrecked car. I won't bother for the indicators, already did once... its risky.

great! Just love it

Thank you for that. Your car also looks great.

So today I tinted the glasses with ASWF 35% all around, well except the front windshield. More photos were taken from all angles, with and without camera flash:

Looks good, but I would spray the boot strip black and highlight the lettering.

Looks odd.

It will never be an 'N1' though :p

Though it is a very good example.

All suggestions welcome... I thought about it really. I didn't like the black because that would look odd as well, totally white equally odd. Silver-ish or red to match either the Lucino lights or the body looked optimal to me.

 - yeah this looks, goes & handles better plus it stops quicker too

I look forward to fit the rear whiteline sway bar replica, this way it will be more complete.

On normal vz-r's the boot strip would be body coloured with either silver or gold writing body colour dependant from factory, I agree it looks out of place a little there.

also I would fit VZ-R rub strips on the door as they cover the entire length of the door and for me have a better look but maybe not to the owner.

Absolute stunner of an n15 there thats for sure tho!

If I had to have so much a stock and genuine VZ-R I would import one from Japan or Cyprus at least.

Now that I literally create on my own design then I think GTi strips and silver boot strip wouldn't hurt. I wanted to have the letters detailed but its difficult to reproduce in a resprayed one.
