White SRI

Really like the look you've gone for Bav.
It all works together to give the clean look you were going for. The wheels look ace and i even think the rear lights are looking good with everything else being white.
The splitter would finish it off but practicalities got to come first.

The rubber splitters and P2 gti ones hold up well against speed bumps, its just the P1 GTi ones that suffer as they are made of creme brulee.

Its pretty cool how it looks like your old SRi now Bavs!

I confess i havent really followed this thread, but having just seen the latest pics of the car i'm impressed. Looks the goods! Well done.

Some good progress Bavs, well done

Did you notice much of a difference with the exhaust system fitted? Also even though its already been said a new rear number plate, front splitter & some vzr rear lights would = WIN!

Exhaust has perfect sound I was after. Nice grunt picking up through revs but mainly because its fairly quiet on motorway. Hate being in cars on motorway with over the top exhausts. The droning sound does my head in. Seems a little move responsive but then maybe thats just in my head. Either way I'm very happy with it. Number plates on order front splitter going on at weekend with bit of luck. Now I just gotta source some bargain vzr lights.

wow what a change now i think this is looking amazing well done mate these white almera's are taking over lately

Thanks mate :thumb: yeah theres a few white ones now. only two 5 door ones I think, biscuits and mine. Next step is joining the 5door SR20 gang

I think me and you will be rocking an sr20 round about the same time lol :)

Some hardcore photo whoring will be up soon lads.. Just be patient.. Candy to your eyes babyyy

Not an update, just puttin the feelers out at mo for sr20. How much would be a resonable assumption for the sr20 conversion and I'm guessing puttin in vvl would be the same aside from initial engine etc cost. So can some one please tell me a round about figure i need to save. Labour wise I'm a hands on guy but clueless where to start etc. So guess full labour costs needs tobe included in price. Thanks.
