Almeragt´s SR20VE Almera

little update - I have started my little "winter project" to keep the car in good condition for next few years...
1. Want to remove all the rust from the suspension, so car is stripped now /all the interior inside is out including the dash board/, including both bumpers, hood, front fenders etc. I was little bit surprised - inside of the car isn´t rust /the boot also without rust/. Sound deadening tar from under carpet will be removed and finally It will be cleaned and all inside parts will get protecting coat of paint.
2. all the suspension parts will be sandblasted and will get new powder coat paint, and of course new bushings, etc.
3. want to repair my brakes
4. will instal oil pressure/temperature gauge kit /which I have already in my garage over 6 month, but no time to fit it/
5. will try new intake setup: Q45 throttle body, Xcessive intake manifold with custom made OEM runners with velocity stacks /thanks to Jagy/
6. new mapping + dyno
Here are few photos of shipment from Gspec and brakes before and after repair

some small update - this week have got small shipment from Gspec...

Had to buy new strut bar, as far as OEM will not clear the new intake setup. My choice was CUSCO GTiR strut bar... Also have bought all new Nissan engine mounts and shifter mount...
current condition of the car:
The whole car is still stripped and suspension parts were sandblasted and waiting for powdercoat painting. The floor, suspension, boot and fuel tank is cleaned and waiting for protecting coat of paint. My friend Jagy is working on modification of lower intake to Xcessive intake manifold... our plans with intake are:
- longer spacer to get bigger length of runners
- oval velocity stacks to add runners lenght and better airflow
- Q45 TB with 45° angle pipe
- 3.5" intake pipe with built-in MAF sensor
- 3.5" custom velocity stack with JWT filter

Will update as far as there will be something new...

Those trumpets are lovely! Have you thought about tilting the trumpets over? It's supposed to have more even flow across the 4. Looking at it from one end they should alternate left-right-left-right about 10 degrees.
