Glad you found the problem. It'll be interesting to see some dynojet numbers for sure. 220whp is my guess.

Thanks Ian, Im actually at HLM's dynojet tomorrow to see how things stand.
I want to see how the AFRs look for myself, i suspect it will need a retune now, but i figured this was a good way to find out, and also get a comparable dynojet figure in the meantime.

Can a retune not happen tomorrow?

Unfortunately No, that would have to be @ Aldon to make adjustments to the Dastek Unichip Dave.

Only things i could adjust tomorrow are base ignition timing and fuel pressure.

I would still consider a move to Nistune or something and move away from the Dastek. Far more support and less likely to become corrupt and unusable in the future.
    Looking forward to figures though.

210whp seems strong. Is this post timing correction and mapping?

No 'map' adjustment has been made since it was tuned on the other dyno with incorrect cam timing.

Only cam timing has been corrected, and a power run made, hence the iffy fuelling plot.

Not yet. Wanted to see how bad the tune was after fixing the cam timing first.

    Nismotronic and higher RPM next.

Great result with potential for more...... considering this is running a sensible sized / sounding exhaust.
I'm sure mine could have cracked 200whp with a 3" catback ( and maybe better header ), but i couldn't have lived with the extra noise.

He had my old 186whp graph on screen and after the first pull shouted "what have you done to this?! Not bad for a bread van!" I think he liked it anyway haha and offered advice about how it would be losing power between 5500-6700rpm with how rich it is there.

Yeah we're probably losing a bit of HP on a 2.25 exhaust.
Il probably go as far as decatting it and switching out the 2" backbox for a 2.25" version.

He wanted the power to be more midrange than top end I presume hence the smaller exhaust
