    Going to change the oil, oil filter, air filter and pollen filters today along with new sump plug and washer.

    One question though, I can't remember how much oil it holds. For some reason 3.4 or 4.3 litres sticks in my mind??

    Get it washed and maybe, just maybe start to properly machine polish it. One panel at a time. Slowly slowly catch the monkey and all...

    Looks like i may have to start looking into them David!

    Well I got some work done today;

    I started washing it, only to be interrupted to say that i need to go and meet my brother (bushell) to use his ramps etc.

    So had to get cracking on the service, which was only oil, oil filter, pollen and air filter. Spark plugs were done last service which was 8k miles ago. (can't believe I've done so many miles since i got it!) But I aim to try and do the oil after 3/4 k miles next time. Also the fuel filter as i never got round to getting one.

    The bastard wind picked up as soon as we took the sump plug off. Then as the last of the oil was draining I went to clear up the mess and the wind changed direction!

    [IMG]

    I then went back home and started on the interior seen as machine polishing was out of the question with the wind picking up.

    So mainly for my own mind and nice to have a wee record on here:

    89999 miles - oil, oil filter, spark plugs, air filter

    98000 miles - oil, oil filter, air filter, pollen filter

    You have no idea how much I am regretting selling my manifold to Ross & Rick, damn I want it back!!!!

    Got a few plans for her now, first thing is the body shop to get rid of the stone chips and tidy her up a bit!
