My GTI-R

lol this is Stu's competitive streak showing. Deal with it Stu the 4wd system means more grip  It's a different car anyway so no comparison.

yeh thats why scoobies and the like outhandle so many fwd cars so easy and have the rep they do eh stu

dunno about that mr C, i can match my my mates scooby round roundabouts, and scoobys get understeer anyway too :)

but i guess the lighter gtiR will not,

The quick drive on monday showed how much your car is on rails so there's no doubt the handling is brilliant :). I think the GTiR would have an edge when it comes to 'power' cornering and pulling out of corners on a race track. I can't help but remember the exit at the hair pin at Mallory.

Weight wise the extra drive train means they're either the same or the GTiR might even be a bit heavier. Can conifrm?

ordinarily they're 1200 i think.

wezz's diet puts him at 1090 iirc, the cars lighter now too :P

So ordinarily they are heavier than an N15 GTi. So that gives an N15 the chance to be lighter too.

than an R yeh, mine's 1050kg before strippage :D lol

although there's a lot of weight savin available for the R - poly carb windows readily available etc

Stu even mine would out handle yours on a track  light weight N/A VVL powered n15 ftmfw :VVL:
Youll have to keep pulling over to refit your boost pipes :gay:
While im lapping you with my SR16 "lion bars" cams giving it beans /vvl/

Love your pulsar tho stu  its savage :thumb:

That GTiR didnt look close to the limit though. I agree with Ian, driver skill and confidence plays a massive part along with the rest.

Doh. Don't normally miss sarcasm. Dave wasnt nearly obvious enough for me, clearly lol.
