helpful troll is helpful

next please

and eddie for future reference its my wife, plus i already knew it was a racing clutch i only asked the difference between unsprung and sprung

yeah steve its getting the turbo treatment in a few months time so im jsut getting everything ready tog et done at once. most of teh stuff im buyng atm is sitting in the shed till the rest of the work will be getting done

I really doubt the step up between stage 3 and stage 4 (whatever that actually entails) will make a difference to the pain in the left foot. If youre going from an OEM clutch to even a basic uprated pressure plate, it feels like night and day difference. You get used to it though

I've got the Stage 3 and its VERY comfortable to drive with, and mine's a daily driver :)
As light under foot as a stock clutch, and can be feathered easily for parking/reversing etc.
It also bites VERY hard, and I can't see it slipping with anything under 300whp..

seems like a good deal since it costs £80 for a standard clutch from local motor factors. do they wear any faster or slower?

Well mine was WORN when I had it, as I only brought it cheap used just to see if I could put up with a paddle clutch for my daily driver, so I didn't expect it to last very long, but here we are, 15,000 miles down the line and it still feels great haha.
