so some peopel call it an almera, some call it a pulsar,
most people call it a pulsar tho

Right;

got my inner and outer cv gaiters fitted yestrday :thumbs:

and had a look underneath today to have a look at the powersteering racket noise problem,

I felt the belt and it seemed really slack, and the adjuster is in a royal bitch of a place to get too,

but when i pulled/pushed the belt the pumped looked as though it was moving :(

then i discovered the bottom bolt holding it on was missing :(
so nicked the bolt off my s18de engine, fitted it in whilst levering out the pump, which coincidently tightened up the belt, and now has now noises

:thumbs:

then i washed it again!!! :)
 
FFS stu... your going to wash the paint off of it :)

saying that i had better clean mine soon...

and just to let u know fella... i have fitted the last polly in to the mount now... :) so its ready for fitting on friday :)

Cant see why not, with the mapping, exhaust, clutch and R888s, and enough practice,

that LSD box is HEAVY....... my arm is still hurting :(

ta for your help this weekend... i have fixed the squealing :) the top carrier pin is fooked... its incredibly scarred, and pitted... i have smoothed it out as best as i could and copper slipped the shit out of it... i cleaned up and put on the black diamond disks... went out for a drive bedded the breaks back in... they were a bit hot by the time i was finished... my wheels were on fire... could of cooked an egg on my tyres :lol:

but im now on the hunt for an FTO set up asap...

looking forward to santa pod on sat :)

He did well but wasn't a 12's day the weather was very hot - best times where in the morning when it was quite cool and very windy. I think he would have been in the 12's (just) if the day was a lower temp x
