It's back on the ground at last

I hate the blue silicone hoses but can't justify spending money on cosmetic items at the moment but painted all the boost pipes black. I've got to fit the filter properly as I never made a mount for it then wire the battery up and hope it starts and the engine is good

With all the good effort you have put into the car, i thought the rocker cover could do with a nice lick of paint?

Yeah someone else sorted one out for me first. Thanks though. Yeah I've got the paint but I'll do that last as I tend to leave my tools on it lol

Battery moved and wired up should be able to see if it wants to start tomorrow

It started up Only let it idle for a short time then got my laptop so I can see real temps and what's going on. Then the battery went flat lol will try and get it up to temp tomorrow

I think he meant disc's hub's etc on the beam, off a gti....beam is the same apart from the disc's....i may not be right though...i forgotten so much not owning almera anymore.

Soon change if me primera,keep's giving me shit

Beam is the same, just has discs on the end instead of drums

Assumed so. Might do one day but keep finding rust in the back end so not sure how much longer it'll last

Pulled the coilovers apart and cleaned and regreased them

Undersealed the top of the fuel tank

Where you finding it inner arches? or underneath....

Drivers sill, both upper arches, both sides on the back of the sill (underneath) and also where the vent flaps are behind the rear bumper.

It's not rust, it's a factory weight reduction kit

dropping the tank is still one thing Im yet to do with mine.

It's taken me ages to get round to it. Think I've now pulled everything apart and put it back together haha

It's literally the last thing on the car I haven't removed, apart from the doors and the heater matrix.
