I think you need 2.5" pipework including the mani which at the time i didn't have. Defo slower than a gti though, the 1/4mile N/A i did proved that although i did have 200sx injectors so maybe forget everything i just said :nuts:

i just checked mine rich, and the inlet starts to open (ie the lobe starts to pinch a 3 thou feeler) when the piston has reached 5mm before tdc, and the exh valve has closed at 12mm after tdc.
the inlet closes at 18 mm after bdc, and the exh opens at 17mm before bdc
using the "to scale" diag, this equates to around, inlet 67.5 / 25 / 40 / 65 exh (stock CG is 222 deg 42 / 0 / 0 / 42 )
so i think my exhaust cam needs advancing personally ( to make it aroud, inlet 67.5 / 25 / 30 / 75 ) :)

Had a listen of this yesterday, sounds great. The clutch has a nice feel to it, light as a feather compared to my knackered oe.

so won't be ready for shakeys or santa pod for another month yet lol

liam its nothing amazing to look at right now tho bodywork still needs doing interior is sorted but engine needs some major detailing

yes dave i will end up buying a new exhaust soon think it needs a 2.5 just thinking about a gen 6 is their much difference between the gen 5 and 6

forgot the fto brake set up 70quid
