N15 GTi Track Car

certainly an epic car, and by the sounds of it it'll be going to a worthy owner, which is all of us can hope for when we sell on our projects. so whats next on the horizon rowdy?

Having a rest on the car front, and concentrating on the family....although my wife was determined i kept the car!...just ask Sam.

I love cars and tinkering with them, so i`m sure in the future when i have more time and spare money, i`ll get back into it. Hopefully with a DE powered Nissan!

Gutted.

All the best Ian, glad you are going to stick around though, and hope to see you build another awesome car in the future.

This car was a trailblazer. No doubt about it it will be sorely missed. Pushed a few boundaries with this build and was one of the flagship cars of the club. Glad it's getting rehomed with an enthusiast who is going to use it for what it was built for. Other things hae to take priority sometimes though and, like you say, when the time is right you can find another project and start over.

sad news to hear you have sold it, such an inspiration to myself and many other on the club

good to hear its gone to a good home and will get used for what its built for.

A big shunt to the AOC buddy, this is a true bearer of the words "built not bought" but im glad its gone to someone that's going to use it for what its made and not some little chav that will just abuse it and kill it :)

Hope there's another awesome build in the near future

Mike

I`ve felt deflated since the sale was agreed, and I did have a lump in my throat. Its being picked up tomorrow.

Totally, very nice to see how she knew how much it meant to you and how hard she would have tried to make you keep it, you have a good one there mate :)

Men dont cry remember! :p

That was a great day Joe, i`ll never forget it.

The new owner wants to put a cage in and plaggy windows. Its going to get even better.

Hi Guys, I have bought Ian's car, picker her up tomorrow morning.

Ian has built an amazing car, I have never felt that kind of shove from a N/A SR20 before, and yes he did scare the crap out of me on the test drive!

I have had Primera's for about 6 years but this will be used for what it was intended, a dedicated track car. It will be garaged and trailered to track days.

I also intend to add a roll cage and polycarbonate windows at some stage.

I'm sure he will be gutted to see the car go but I know he is selling it for a very commendable reason.

I never went in this car but it has always been right up there on the favourite list ever since ive been signed up and it has progressed steadily all the time and sounds like the progresion shall continue so atleast it is going to a good home and will be used as it was made.

live on trackmera!
