this would save you some weight no doubt, no issues with it for you as you have your bonnet pins :)
 
Got the suspension set-up properly at Center Gravity in Atherstone..........Difference is amazing. http://www.almeraownersclub.net/showthread.php?p=351859&posted=1#post351859

It honestly feels like a different car, more confidence inspiring. Really is `tail happy` now. Bring on some more track days!

Camber was set to 2.5* neg front.

Slight toe-out on front. ( as you accelerate wheels go to staright ahead, ease off and they open up again for better cornering )

Castor was fine at OE setting.

Rear beam bent to remove to almost all toe-in.

1.5* neg camber on rear.

Ride height set for slight dip to front ( 0.9 *).

Corner weights were measured and left because its a perfects set-up for a clockwise circuit!

Overall vehicle weight was 995.4kg with half tank of fuel ( 20kgs ). Previous 1000kg was with empty tank.
 
Definatly sounds like a job well done with the setup, at least now we have a place in the uk that can do the beam bend and set up the car properly, top job!
 
cool rowdy, has it been lowered or did they adjust the spring rates and damping, along with the castor/camber/toe :D

any prices ?
 
it was lowered a tad a front to give some dip. This improves turn-in and brake responce ( no dive ).

not got any setting to share then? camber toes castor angles? did you get the beam bent? how much was it.. god so many questions so little time!!!
 
or not its alright if its in the members area :D i may be becoming a member soon just depends on what my overtime comes out like this month..
