'Anti Lift Kit (ALK)'. They are spacers which increase castor. Higher stability at speed and greater traction off the line.
If you draw a mental picture of the geometry (providing you know the N16 subframe and wishbones well) you can see how INCREASED castor can help reduce lift under hard acceleration.

Powerspeed (Kent) 2.5" Turbo-back mandrel bent stainless exhaust.
Forge Intercooler and welded ali 2" piping.
HKS drop in air filter.
Cold air feed.
EGR valve disconnected.
Handling and Mechanical:
BC Racing BR series coilovers, 7/6KG.
G35 350GT 17" Nissan alloys.
Conti Sport Contact 3 tyres all round, 205/45/17.
Z32 300XZ 4 pot Nissan caliper conversion.
HEL braided brake lines, DOT 5.1 fluid.
Autec lightweight (1.5kg) front strut bar.
5 stud conversion.
