gynx may be right, even if you cut the back of the glovebox it may still be a little bit too big, I have made a a small shelf that sits underneath the glovebox and the PS2 sits on it, I'll put pics up of it later

i have my ps2 in the glovebox and i just cut a slit along the back, its really tight but i got it to fit like, obv have to take out all the controllers and memory cards to close it. and i have me dvd player on a little shelf under the glovebox,

where do the seats come fron? and the front lip, where fron? :) I recon you have the GTIback bumper, phase 2? havent seen the front bumper before, but recon its the GTI phase 2 aswell, I am a little bit of a newbie at GTI's :)

I had my line trial on wednesday... i was on T4....
 
Looking good as always, not too sure on theose cannard's (spelling?) though. Losing the smooth look there mate!
 
That makes 2 of us, I got a carbon bonnet and put it on, and it looked out of place, so I blacked the mesh and the wiper arm, and then fitted them to try and tie it all in, they look ok on the car, but in pics they look a bit shit I think. Been meaning to get the wheels painted black leaving a polished lip but never had the time, just going to do them myself now as theres no rush.
Trying to change the look of the car, getting a bit bored I reckon. Its coming off the road again the end of this month for the winter, no point keeping it insured and taxed if Im not going anywhere in it, this time I'll be definatly doing something though, wether its a same colour respray and change of interior, or some more power mods I dunno yet, if the bitch buys me what I want for chrimbo then I'll do all 3 :lol:
 
Gotta agree mate, they do look shite in the pics, but when you see them in the flesh they look okay.

Think the main problem is none of your pics show the carbon bonnet ;)

the car looks sweet :) love the ice in it too :) and nice way to hide the ps2 :) should of modded the ps2 and have it on show :) i modded my one Just a ideas to make it more attractive

If you wish to save space and changing disk use some software from www.hdadvance.com i use it you store games on the hard disk and i have 40 games on my PS2 and i can get more on there

its a 120mm. the standard fan was a 70 or 60mm it was noisy and it was getting dusty so i removed and placed a 120mm and its running cooler and quiter :). the 120mm fan will run loude if it was 12 volts but i am only using 5 volts to run the 120mm fan so its virtually silent :)
