the jack's base is small and it gets inside the big straight beam... is tha ok?
if you mean the box section of the chassis, then no pal. your pictures above are fine and are where i use

True, then the stand goes on the noticeable jacking point on the sill but you should still jack up on the beam to avoid damaging the sill.

This is exactly what I do on the N16. Jack on beam, stands on the bit at the back end of the sills.
A how to isnt needed because there's already a thread with pictures too.
