updates on the n14 vvl/ nos/ lsd project

I remember Sam saying that oil doesn't heat up properly until under load, so starting your car and running it stationary every week is very bad for it as it never heats up properly.
 
oh forgot if its less than 190 then best take your vvl out, and change to the de crew hahahaha no point bragging a vvvll yo

Okay on a serious note, no figures just yet, mapping starts tomorrow hopefully.
Tbh, Iam not really hoping for much, just glad it is running.
As spook said the car has been sat for a year the engine possibly many more.
However anything less than 175bhp I will be gutted.
 
Dont get your hopes up dude.

DMsteve's 20ve with boltons only made around 175. 200 would have to be a miracle or some high reading dyno shit!
 
throw it out its took him a year to get it started and now you want him to put a de in it he will be died before he gets the de to start
