Paint the silver part of these lights black and they would look tidy...

Looks like it's going to be really tricky getting the lights open as I noticed by looking at a broken p2 light at a scrappy.

Unless of course the inside part can be got to and taken out from the back? :)

I'm not sure we will see when I was at Manchester meet mov says to just spray them smokie on the originals etc and I did see others sprayed it don't look to bad I guess :)

And do you get to spray the inside silver parts of the front lights??

Dude, that was me LOL. Mov's the other dude ;)

I've been temped to crack open my head lights and paint the chrome effect bits satin silver or even matt black (obviously not the inside reflector bits).

Ah I've been temped but I don't think I will ;) Maybe satin silver as it'll only be subtlety different from standard.

Or buy a second set to see if you can then if so swap them if not you still got your original ones to fall back on you know your made of money :)

Oh and I'm really starting to get bored of a 1.5l engine :( topped 105 mph tonight at 5000rpm and felt fun for about 5mins then got bored :( I so wish I could go bigger but hav to wait for awhile :(

put them in the oven till the the glue goes soft, then pull them apart, silver bit just pulls out seperate after that

rubbed them down so the paint would stick, coat of primer, and 2 coats of matt black, sillicone them back together
