Autech Pulsar GTi

Is it touching the bulkhead? I doubt the strutt brace will fit over that baby, you'll need a Gti one to at least stand a chance of clearing the Plenum chamber.
Looks good though!!

No issues with clearance on the firewall or brake servo, a bit tight trying to jiggle it into position but once its on, theres loads of room.

Just had to fab up a new throttle linkage, cable bracket and turn the injectors round 180 degrees, plus a few other tweaks to re-route the loom, vacuum hosing etc.

99% sure the strut brace will go back on. I dont think the manifold sits higher than the strut tops.

the manifold looks level with the strut tops, but the strut brace slopes up higher anyway

Looks sweet as! Where does the 1 way valve plumb into off the back of the rocker cover?

It will plumb back in exactly how you had it set up, i just havent fitted that part yet.

Its basically a regular highport intake manifold, but chopped after the injector boss to custom runners and plenum.

I'll put some more pics up tomorrow, showing clearance, throttle linkage etc once its all finished.

Throttle response is much better, its really flat power wise in comparison between 3500-4500rpm as ive developed a lean spot (15:1AFR) as its flowing much more.

Really gets going above 6000rpm. Not suprising considering the short intake is specced for something like 9000rpm

I think ive saved a few KG too, much lighter than the original mani.

mine had a big flatspot too dale, and was slower than a stock one, then i fitted some topfeed QG18 red injectors................ and bingo :)
