Get a non abs mc, make new lines from it to the front calipers then make lines from it to the 2 lines running from the prop valve in the centre of the bulk head to the 2 lines that run from it back under the car.
 
why 2.5mm preload?

Well max recommended for the BC's is 5mm so i went half way as i don't want it to be too rough a ride

What spec is this engine buddy? Is it just a rebuilt standard lump or are there some nice pistons gone in?

Spec:

  • SR20DE low port RR engine
  • Port and polished head
  • 1.5mm MLS head gasket
  • wosners 87mm 8.5:1 cr with new rings
  • Lightened/balanced crank and rods
  • Ported inlet manifold with my 63mm TB and matched plenum
  • XTD lightned flywheel
  • ACT 400ftlb clutch kit
  • DE block honed to accommodate the pistons
  • Drilled/tapped the oil return
  • T28 Turbo from an S15 checked over by Turbo Technics (although as far as i've since been told all S15's came with Roller bearing cores...this is not and looks Exactly the same as the T28 on my friends spare S14 lump so assumptions are its that)
  • Pulsar FMIC (Ebay)
  • Pulsar Manifold
  • Pulsar Elbow
  • Innovate Wideband
  • Nismo AFPR
  • Apexi SAFC
  • HRC 255 Pulsar fuel pump

I feel there is more but i cant remember at the moment i will update as and when


Management:

  • NIStune (MB Automotive) The apexi is in the car mostly for knock watching and if i feel the need to piss around (also it's another thing to show haha)

Just got to put the radiator in, various other fluids and get the oil flowing around the engine then clench for the start haha

Am I right in thinking besides that its an s14/15 turbo clocked to suit its pretty much all gtir items you're using?

You are indeed mate although I have a pulsar compressor housing that I could have used with the pulsar actuator but didn't look properly when actually seeing if it would fit the turbo core I had (not remembering that they're all the same) and only taking the larger section of the S15 turbo off and telling myself it won't fit so modded the actuator bracket so that it would fit in the correct position

The rest is all pulsar stuff pretty much other than the 370cc injectors and GTI maf

So she's together (ish) hoping to get it all together soon and mapped just waiting for a cv boot and some little bits but this is currently how it sits. It's got a very sluggish response to the throttle so I need to resolve that issue. Any help would be appreciated :)

Im not suprised about sluggish throttle response with the size of the IC and length of pipework!!

Good lad for finally getting it done though.

I needs SR powerz back in my life.

Cheers Liam, this was going through my head tbh but it's not a massive lag it boosts up from about 3k and is on full boost about 5 iirc.

Im looking in to ways to get it to boost quicker though
