definitely get another one bud you can get them cheap enough nowadays too though it obviously won't be the same bud
it really depends if the coilovers are salvageable to be honest. I would love another one as a track car but without the coilovers its pointless. I don't want to spent a huge amount on my track slag. as im looking to get another car. Im not sure what car, I will be getting just yet as I have not been paid out and im not sure what they will give me for the car but what ever they give me it will never be enough. The amount of work that has gone into this car is endless.definitely get another one bud you can get them cheap enough nowadays too though it obviously won't be the same bud
gutted for you pal proper if its any help i maybe able to get it back for you if its cat b or a on insurance
I think the front driver side coilover looks bent but im not sure till I strip itHoly fuck Daz, gutted for you mate
The front driver coilover looks bent :/
I hate to say it but you wont get much, if any back for the mods. Even though they're declared they arent actually covered like for like id be suprised if they even offer you £2k.
But as already said atleast you're still here, cars/parts can be replaced. Keep your chin up boss.
Thanks for your input. I will be argueing the toss over it as to replicate the same machine will cost me at least 5k in mods.We had this discussion with sky a couple of weeks ago, say you have a standard car with a book value of £1000, then you add £2000 of mods, they wont pay out £3000 in the event of a claim.
Plus it wont be sky paying out, it'll be the other guys company.
if I was at fault I can understand but im the one not at fault. I will argue the toss over it because im not letting any insurance company take the piss with me.I hope you get a good result Darren, but it generally ends in the modded car owner being shafted
