Eddie's SRi

Are you feeling the V!be
Judge-Vibe-Vehicle.jpg

Vibe is the name of my local nightclub, its out in the fields and you have to catch a minibus there or walk down unlit country lanes.

Err wrong Philly boy.. I buy vibe stuff because I like the styling/predictibility of performance/value for money.. amp cost me £60 delivered vs £279.99

The amp itself..

When it comes to going out for a curry, rather then trying some local new place thats opened up or some posh place nearby ill just go to my local that im happy with. I know its good value.. ill enjoy eating it.

Anyways, just got it running finally. Comps/6x9's weren't designed to run off head unit power for sure due to distortion levels. Can go much much louder now and sounds allot clearer.

Im happy with the audio now, can concentrate on bodywork/handling

Need save for poly bush's all around.. I want to be able to describe the texture of every stone I roll over =P

have you mounted the amp in the boot for better weight distribution?

Amps hidden under passenger seat.. be happy is on the left and not the right lol!

U seemed to of missed this picture would seem

Fucking rained on both days ive had coilovers go figure!

WTF?? How is that not low enough?? Do you not have speed bumps or potholes in your area?

Fuck me, i wouldnt have an underside left on mine if it was that low!!!

mmm gay wheel tuck! gota love shit offset and slamedness! you have to many cleaning products and not enough angle grinders and welders

you will need to lift that up lol

Also its so uncool to take a pic of the left side lowness when the right side is way higher and pushing the left side down

Apart from that, its about damn time :D :D coilovers ftw

I wasnt expecting much, but they have surprised me. Actually quite damn comfy yet sticks in tight round any roundabout :)

Had to try lowest rear settings to see if any scrubbing would occur, it didnt.. so that in itself pleased me. Currently running 5mm spacers which leave alloy resting on hub too :)

Nd paul both rears were on lowest setting, its probably the driveways unevenness to be fair!

Will get come pictures tomorrow, after geometry setup.

Will say one thing though, id highly recommend prothane rear mount my god to the oem ones have alot of flex!

Whats the bets on this getting binned on the first test drive?

THAT low with the reduced travel, i can see the car pitching itself into a ditch

Its been on a good test run tonight actually :ner:

That height setting was just to test.. not its final lowness lol!, everyone likes to see how low itl go when u get coilies

The car now unequal its all show nd little go, need to sort out importing an engine via POC me thinks

Alan there's no reduced travel with these coilovers. The height adjust is separate to the spring seat collar.

Pah all this talk about how low it is and offset, but nothing of the handling. Fucking ricers.

might find my exhaust rattles on the axle slightly at uber low like that, and your crossmember and splitter will die lol, and it'll handle shit with the wishbones all acock, and you might eat cv joints

lift it up i say lol.

what difference have you actually noticed about the car over the oem majorly flexible mount then?
