Fiona's New N15...

Just tighten the top of the coily, you need a 18mm I think, possibly 19mm cause you have to get it over the dampening knob to get enough leverage to tighten it

Omg! You wonder how guys like this can stay in business? Surely word of mouth should have him taking the time to do the job right for fear of losing future custom and going down, as people are in sticky times money wise as it is so they are more likely to be vocal about bad service! Just out of interest who is the paintshop?

at first i was like wtf, but considering the full interior, headwind, gf in the car and all 23st of you! that don't seem too bad.

with a stripped car and proper exhaust i think you could knock a fair bit off that

EDIT: actually thinkin about it, not being funny dude but you and the missus together in there is like 200kg lol, plus the full interior and exhausts and shit, and headwind

you ould knock miiiles off that time with it stripped and maybe just the missus driving

Fair doos mate, plenty of runs there. I would hope you could get that number down a lot seeing as Joe did get 14.3x with a bolt on DE, with 142 bhp :p

Yeah I did think that he is skinny as, this stripping lark seems to be quite effective from seeing these 1/4 mile times! I suppose if you reckon exhaust is a bit restrictive that might not help, ASP header might be a good upgrade too :p

for the given circumstances i think that a 15 sec 1/4 is quite good! like you say with a better clutch and a bigger exhaust you should get down into the mid to low 14's i would think :shades:

Poor 60fts and high terminals for the times so clearly its struggling off the line but one its goin is good.

Uprate the clutch and stick a lightened fly in and you'll be bangin.
