Not half bad for a mobile. Subject matter helps immensely, though.

Have always thought that an all-black Lucino grille was the only way to go. I'll make an exception for white colour-coded from now on.

Is it just me or do all Almera sideskirts look too high against the bumpers?

overall had a positive day yesterday, main objective was to see if I could get the car mapped, with the Powerland ECU.
still finding out stuff, so although fueling, ignition timing etc could be tuned, we didn't know how to adjust cam switch points, which would have helped remove that dip after switchover at 6.5krpm

am having a hunt around for info on where in the address file you adjust settings to move cam switch points so will then go back and get it sorted.

car does perform a lot better than before the remap so a positive on that front as well

the gain from the mapping was a good positive, hp will see what it says after a run at SRR where it was last run for a proper comparison. but as you said the gain from where we started to where we ended up with was very positive and shows hopefully with the cam switch point info found, should be able to improve further. there was a noticeable difference in the drive after as well, so all in all can't complain

didn't get a print out for the torque, but you can work it out looking at the graph, think it peaked around 113-114 lb-ft

Oh yeah im not saying the mapping wasnt worthwhile as the graphs show it was, just in shock at the figures themselves.

Put it this way,if i get them sort of gains from a tune i would be very happy. His tune has made a difference as proven whatever the total bhp figure is.
