huugoo's P11 from Holland

I could re-use the valve cover, the rods and the sump. That's about it. The block is slightly deformed in the area where the third main bearing sits. Dunno what the hell happened there, but i bet it was something awful...

yeah warped block, happened to one of our race engines. low oil pressure ... block looks fine, took it to the engine builder, told us to get a new block lol

The deformed piece is seen in the middle of this picture.
It's aluminium that looks like it's been pushed away by the bearing...

After that we've mounted the VE-oilpump, only to find out it's warped at the top left side...

nice work bud, its coming together nicely! but that's a bit of bad luck with the timing chain cover, though surely when bolted down it will seal up properly?
