nothing to do with my build progress..... but the almerat v2.0 could begin.... damn tasty and damn tempting!
two wings, bonnet and ph2 non kitted bumper could be picked up cheap!!

clutch and flywheel are both in and working, the fpr is also in and working, set to 3.5bar with vac hose off. boy the mods have made some difference! pulls so so much better now.
the whole process went far to easy so something will go wrong or fall off, its a dead cert!

torque settings that where used are as followsk
Flywheel to Crank
61-69 ft-lbs
Pressure Plate
First Tighten all bolts to 7.2 - 14 ft-lb
Then from first bolt tighten to 16 - 22 ft-lb
gear box bolts and others... swing on until tight, i used a 1ft breaker bar.

Good luck with it. If I Could help you I would. If you need advice just text or call me. It's a time consuming process and you really need two people two put the gearbox back on. Getting it off isn't that hard. Just make sure you remove all the bolts holding the gearbox to the block.... Even that hidden one at the top under a bracket lol (look at the picture of datsun fitting the bearing. You can see most of the bolt holes) Took us in total about 6 hours or so across two days.

thanks mate, looking back at them yellow fogs i dont know what i was thinking lol, looks a lot better with clear fogs
