My N15 5-door GTi Build...

that looks mint that exhaust. what price did you pay for that mate? im after a decent place to make mandrel system for me. do they give choice of tail pipes?
 
im currently doing an engine change on my 1.6 slx to the 2.0 gti its all in the engine it turning over but no fuel is getting past the injectors making me think its the immobiliser do i have 2 change the ignition barrel??

You have to change the chip in the key to match the ECU. Also make sure the fuel lines are on the right way round.
 
Gave the slag the first wash of the year - not too bad considering it hasn't been washed since JAE, and that was at a jetwash lol.
No polishing etc yet - just a straight up wash, and window clean. Will look even better with a Clay/Polish/Wax.
The spyeye'd few of you will notice a few things that I still need to rectify...

You almost got them all boys.
Stuff that needs fixing:

Pillars re Vinyl'ing
Number plate bulb
Scuff on front bumper repairing

It also needs to be treated to a set of new number plates.
All small jobs really.
Just waiting on the engine now y0!!

iv got a mate bringing a diagnostics laptop over later as the engine check light is flashing n did not realise i could change it the key look like it is one unit?? n yea had the fuel lines both ways just 2 check hopeful that the laptop will shine some light on the problem.

can not change the chip in the key its one unit however did change the recever and try using the other key i no there is spark n that fuel is getting 2 the rail but thats it there is also no ecu puils at the injectors real need some help on this one im stumped
