You will need a much closer ratio box than that mate. Those cams look like 7-8.5k powerband, plus the 4-1. As soon as you change gear you will loose a lot

I finally sorted the bastard bolt in one of my cam sprockets, had to re-tap it and use a different bolt, all sorted now

man it's really starting to come together now! if it doesn't smart too much can you say how much you are out so far for the build?
too fucking much lol, i havnt really had a running total going, some things have been put on plastic and others have come out of my bank account. It is well over 1k put it that way.

I think it's touching the pick up, but all the bolt's lined up perfect with no issues at all
No i meant the bolts on the baffle lined up, you sure you had the baffle the right way round? lol
hahaha, yeh it was the pick up fouling on the centre hole of the baffle i thought was stopping it, maybe i just didn't try hard enough lol
Yeah you probably pussied out lol. Bought my flywheel yesterday so all i need to sort now is oil lines and fittings for my remote mount/thermostat/oil cooler and then i can think about swapping the engines over
