Drums are now black :)

But the dust/heat shield is staying Orange ;)

Pics up when all is dry and re fitted :)

Then just need to do the front calipers, the carriers are staying silver
 
Looks good Rob, yeah black caliper and orange carrier will look really smart mate! But why have you got drums on the back? Thought this was a SRi to begin with, surely it should have discs?
 
Didn't know what to do with myself this morning... so I re connected the electric windows and mirror assembly

Only bad side is that I don't have a passenger side... any one got the electrics for a passenger door laying around :)

Also just fitted passenger harnesses :)
 
Just fitted some acoustic carpeting to the drivers side door...

Looks pretty good... not bad for my 1st attempt :)

I have also changed the discs around ;) ... just for u Sam
And lowered the rear suspension another 40mm
And started to fill the cavity gaps in the almera with bubble wrap... then ran out so need more... allot more ;)
 
I've got a sensible exhaust so all i can hear is turbo spool followed by AAAARRGHH!!!! cams followed by a big Tsch!! Music to my ears :)
 
Love it Mark... the funny thing is that its louder on the inside than on the outside!!

Giving just about anything a try to quiet it down abit

My old red one was like that. I drove to France and back in it. Andrew Marr would've taken his own life had he travelled with me. Never again on a car i'll drive often. Are you getting the dash flocked?
