My Rides :)

You could still buy it direct from the show room... with the RS kit and limited edition 14x7" alloys and roof level spoiler...
Plus the arches are bigger on the RS kit compared to the xr and super sport

Whilst the xr and super sport came with either 13x6 or the rarer 13x7 pepperpot alloys and the rear spoiler was located at the bottom of the rear window.

;)

Just for comparison

it's still not an rs bud, end of, tell you what go email asking to join the rs owners club telling them you have a mk1 rs fiesta.

also isn't that a high level spoiler in the above pic?

Any who...

They are on the car now.... and I was just stating what they were for your reference... take it how you wish...

More pics and updates to follow.

It looks much better with the wheels further out, I think it needs the arches to finish the look off really.

But on another note, how on earth did it cause 4 pages of arguing about what Fiesta they came off!?

It happened because I was bored and Wolv was in a pissy mood last night. Sorry For crapping your thread Rob. Maybe get rid of that bullshit and concentrate on your project.

No problems...

I'm just shocked how far it has gone over a set of rubber arches ;)

Just need some panel sealent and 2 more screws each and they are on ;)

It was an option, along with brakes seats and suspension. They called them Series X when they came out of the showroom with options added. They ARE Motorsport RS items.

Check it out: http://www.fiesta-mk1.co.uk/brochures/series-x_motorsport_rs_uk/fiesta_series-x_parts_002_fc.php

I never said the weren't rs parts, in fact I clearly said in a few of my posts they are? and x parts came for the Capri and the mk2 escort, putting them on a 1300 ghia mk2 didn't make it an escort 1300 ghia rs ;)

[edit]
oops after reading the above seems this may have not been directed at me but wolve?

Finish sealing the exhaust....
More weight saving... more metal work out of the car... and the front Underseal... and if I can be bothered the dash.
Fit bumper, headlight, indicators
Take out rear strutbrace and passenger seat...

And just prep work for shakies...

A couple more days work :)
