tell me about it i went to edinburgh 2day and i kicked the shit outta of this seat leon RT or sumic lol and doing a 107mph 
but on my way back home i got flashed off a camera didnt relize there was a camera when i was over taking :lol: waiting for my £60 fine and 3 points to come thru the post now

well i just took a video of a quick 0-60 dash and it comes in @ about 8.5 seconds, and that's with a load of tools in the boot and 3/4 of a tank of fuel! now i just need to find out what time it's supposed to be lol

well with what i can find on the net my 1.5e should do the 0-60 sprint in about 13.5 seconds, so there is something very wrong with my results! kingy and mark how about you guys do a timed 0-60 and let me know what time you get. as i think there is something up with my motor!!

well guys would you believe it, ten days after i told the twat to cancel my order and even after i told the bank to issue a chargeback the megan racing strutbrace has just arrived, and guess what IT'S NOT EVEN THE RIGHT COLOUR!!!!!! the fookin useless twats

Thats right. The best (most honest) thing to do would be to give them a call and say you've recieved it and it's wrong. They should send you compensation for shipping it back to them. The alternative is to double check the bank has returned your funds and if they have you've got a free strut brace! If they ask just plead ignorance, unless of coarse you signed for it.
thanks for the info guys, yeah it was ordered from speed culture in devon (read here for the full saga!>> http://www.almeraownersclub.com/threads/37441-strut-bars-available ) i was just worried the twat could force me to keep it now it has arrived even after i cancelled my order but that's cool i've already contacted him to say it's arrived and i want him to arrange return shipping. i told the bank on friday to initiate the chargeback process and i'm not sure if it's back in my account yet because i paid by debit card and their chargeback process is slightly different to a credit card.
mark i've not opened the packaging as it's just been wrapped in bubblewrap and clear tape and i want to send it back with the minimum of fuss, but it's the polished silver one in this pic, this is just the same pic megan racing show for all of the upper strutbraces though the actual sentra one i recieved has fully circular mounts like the other one i have.
plus i've left it at work but i might cut it open tomorrow to take some pics and weigh it properly to compare to the one i have but we'll see.
Anyway i finally got my modified grills painted and mounted back on the car, i like how they look from a distance but not from up close, but i'm already on the case of fixing that :yes:

What a pain ! I wouldn't cut open the packaging if you're sending it back though - just leave it 'as is'.
it'll be about £1500 by the time it's at my place + whatever the nearside driveshaft costs me, i could have done it cheaper by buying a vz-r from ireland and breaking it but who wants to do things the easy way :lol:
well the bank got in touch today and policy for debit card chargebacks are for £100 or over so i now have 2 strutbraces, i know i can send it back for a refund due to what you guys said earlier but with the lack of communication and utter lack of customer service i've recieved from speed culture i'm not going to risk sending it back and fooking about to get my refund so i'm just going to keep it and sell off the other one i got. a pic
this one wieghs in at 1.36Kg so slightly lighter than the other one but i'm keeping this one as i think it will be easier to shift the other one one due to being less expensive, so if anyone is after an N16 strutbrace check out my for sale thread

i would love to mate as i think they'll suit my car but with me now being unemployed i need to be wise about my purchases, plus i need to keep enough cash back for paying the import duty/vat on my vvl. sorry
