mmm some symmetry is there, not enough precision placement though... young padowan ;)

Them brackets beefy enough? should look good! Can't help but think 310mm is overkill though haha

I am still learning master. Next time I will pose on a bucket seat and make stupid hand gestures

10mm steel?! Id be very concerned if I could bend/break them! Yeah 310mm is overkill, standard 280mm & single pot calipers do the job well enough. I could've just bought some new standard disc/pads for £50 and saved myself £300 but I want to see if I can pull my own face off, cos hell, the acceleration isn't going to!

Really Overkill!?! Eddie c'mon, you love overkill!!

To an extent, Some things have a more limited/compounded side effects compared to some in the pursuit of overkill (OCD) haha

Like having bigger brakes with bigger rotors you have more rotational mass/unsprung weight. Yet its not compounded there, then your forced to have bigger wheels with bigger offset etc with further rotational mass then more unsprung weight too. But its always a trade off just sometimes is more-so

When you getting them on Liam, what rims you planning to run with this setup

They'll be on once all the parts on my list have arrived and I have a spare weekend as ill be undersealing and touching up the rear arches at the same time (it'll take 2 days to get the lot done).

They'll be going under my Pro Race 1.2s. Hopefully. Clearance diameter wise shouldn't be a problem providing the brackets don't push the calipers out miles. The only thing im unsure on is them clearing the spokes but if they dont ill have to get some spacers from Supaforma.

same setup im running atm and they are awesome just becareful the first time u plant your foot on that brake pedal lol

Just cant wait to feel the difference between the old and new setup...

Shot front discs with glazed pads and dodgy rear drums with standard lines vs 310mm 4pots and 280mm rear discs with braided lines MWHAHAHA! Hopefully I'll have to peel my face off the windscreen.

Liam, it ought to ! Mine's is running standard front discs, grooved rears, Mintex pads, HEL brake lines & Dot 5 fluid - it stops on a dime !

Awesome breaking power! I remember a brum meet, stufa had the 4 pots just fitted. Simply awesome. Just be warey the person behine may not be able to stop as quick. I.e me ha

yes cov is right there I've had a few close misses when I've had to brake hard the ppl behind don't have the same braking power lol

OEM seem to be catching up. Almerasleeper will profess to this as the next car he's after has 310mm up front and 280mm rears. It's not full hot hatch spec exactly either.
