So got an mc from Poc. Fitted it and nada. No fluid or air or anything from the calipers. Tried to bleed the mc in the car and got fuck all fluid from the ports so took it off again.
Bled it on the bench in the vice and success. Good pressure in all four corners. No leaks or air in the system so i'll take it for its maiden spin today few pumps on the brakes and see how it fairs.
So all set for nct next week and maybe a few roadtrips.
Also got a new downpipe flexi welded in.

So a few more bits done today. Got the base idle sorted and timing set to 10 degrees, bled the cooling system. Fitted the arch liners, cold air feed and fitted the skirts. Had an issue where the brakes wouldnt go stop which turned out to be the master cylinder so swapped that out for another and job done.
Thats pretty much it now finished and ready for the test, bar the headlight alignment and tracking. I believe it may need a paso side cv joint as its clicking a little on full lock. It will be getting a new set of Yokohama ADO8r's all round next week or the week after depending on cash monies available.
Fairly delighted with it to be honest its a hell of a lot quicker and torquier than my last one.
Next up mods wise is a pair of Fto twin pots on the front, then lots of wiring.... rsm, tubby timer, greddy guages all to go in but all in good time. After all thats done a trackforged mani from the states will be acquired along with a few more handling mods and then management.
For now though im going to drive the living shite out of it! yknow cobwebs and such.
