Torque is always measured at the wheels
initially both bhp and lb-ft comes from the wheels yes *whp/wtq, the run down then calculates the bhp and lb-ft.

131lb-ft isn’t a wheel reading, it’s from the crank. Manufactures mostly use bhp and lb-ft.
53bhp more than standard power *143bhp, with torque going up 49lb-ft.

No matter what I might say about the dubious nature of your figures and you pulling poor 1/4 mile times for the power etc, my god you have (had) a beautiful motor. Shame we won't see it at next stage
