You should have no issues running lower boost and dragging it..!.

Ed tuned it with Nistune Software.
Basically my ECU is weird...wants to go lean (like 14's) after 4800rpm. (it does eventually correct).. BUT if you hold the revs for 4-5 seconds and then floor it, it works perfectly to the redline.

Its weird, i dont know how to explain it.

Gonna look at getting a GA16DE ECU, whether it be UK or USDM type, will see if they are suitable.
If not maybe OMEX standalone.

Im too scared.

I will run it, but not until im satisfied everythings working 100% properly.

Also getting boost creep, only ran it at actuator pressure (about 0.5 bar) but it creeps to 1 BAR near the redline.

The creep isnt such a bad thing though, in fact its quite the opposite, as it makes the boost/torque a bit more progressive, so it doesnt break traction so easily. (Although that isnt the case in the wet, still spins all over the place)

7psi by 3000rpm, 14psi by 6000rpm ish


Oh, and i think i'll need a new clutch soon, XTD stage 3 isnt hardcore enough:lol:

Waste of money in his eyes, would rather buy a fast car to begin with. He's not a proper petrol head though.

thats awesome dale! 230bhp from a 1.6. . . I can imagine people asking whats in it, 1.6. Followed by their response of. . . Fuck offfff, nah really? Lol. Could a ga16de with vtc ecu be used?
 
Dale I've got both another GA ECU and an SR ECU at mine if you need either, gimme a shout and whichever you want is all yours.
Did Ed @ Fusion hook you up in the end then?
