N16 SR16VE

thanks guys, was a royal pain Modding the inner dash to get them to fit as they are about 40mm wider and 50mm deeper than n16 clocks, and don't get me started on the wiring lol, at least now I don't rev off the tach numbers lol. yeah they are one of my n15 vz-r clocks, i'm forever on the lookout for b15 vz-r clocks with the 10k tach but it seems like there were less of those sold than the n1 lol

I thought since the jb15 clocks have been mentioned i'd stick this pic up just in case anyone sees a set for sale on their web travels

these clocks only come in the jb15 sunny vz-r, so if anyone ever comes across a set I'd be much obliged for a heads up, I may even give sexual favours if it leads to a purchase, but don't let that put you off :LOL:

don't follow me just yet as I need to sus out how to get the fuel gauge (possibly need an n15 sender) and the fog light indicator light (n16 goes live and I think the n15 gets pulled to earth) working, though everything else is fine :)

scratch that, the vz-r dash has no fog light warning lamp :/ time to get the transparency from a ukdm n15 dash and replace the abs transparency with it I think :D

thanks syv, yeah it feels good, well apart from the already mentioned knuckle scraping off the stalks, and after seeing the price of steeringwheel spacers I may just buy a quick release instead as it will serve 2 purposes and only costs £10 more than a 15mm spacer!

liam yeah as willie says this is a replacement key that I got cut, hence the older shape key :)

just as an info point the n16 wheel airbag has a resistance of 0.4ohms and you need to leave the ribbon cable assembly on the column (some modification is needed) to keep the indicator cancelling working :)
