Sams VZ-R N1

it is a big outlay for sure, be over 1 large for a g4 storm setup, but like damo and i said you can take it with you project to project so it's not that bad, plus there's always nistune or nemu if you don't want to go the whole hog

[edit]
missed damo's post

not nistune for the n1 afaik

only other thing would be powerland ecu i think, which to be fair, i have been very impressed with on mine. But i'll still wanna go proper standalone when i can, and sam wants to as well - he's just being a ghey

Might have link Storm G4 for sale... very soon!

Initially bought of Thor racing, it will come as package deal so mapping will be inc if you decide to get it done at THOR

AS above once you have a standlone its yours for life.. you can get a flying lead kit from link that plugs straight into the N15 ECU plug then you just pick the wires you need connecting without damaging your engine loom.. means you can always drop the old ECU on for re-sale..

no nistune for n1 ecu, but nistune or nemu could he used by dropping to 4 injectors.

only bad thing about powerland modded ecu's is the daughterboard used forces running on the knock maps, leaving no knock protection at all

Custom subframe locating and hard mounting inserts :)

GSpec orders arrived, no thanks to customs and their extortionate charges.

New wishbones
Cv Boots
Steering Rack Gaiters
Track Rod Ends
Drop Links
Dizzy Cap
Rotor Arm
N1 Chain Tensioner
Thermostat

Also got an Ally radiator and my poly bushes from the recent GB

Going to get the extra ports at the bottom welded up and the holes for the fan bolts tapped out so I can fit the stock fans.

Going to be interesting to see if it actually makes a difference with the temps

Compared with a stock GTi Rad, the N1 is thinner still :/
