Sams VZ-R N1

Modex KS-05R

hwill be refurbed soon hwill have a colour change too and want to get some new tyres for them

Catch can looks good Sam and the relocated battery.
Did you notice much difference with the N1 now it's not drawing in hot oily air from the crank case?

What are you doing with the 2 fuse boxes? Are they dangling or have you attached them

I've looked everywhere for some of those clips for the Autech sideskirts but they don't use them anywhere. I'm going to bond mine on so if you want the clips off mine you can have them.......Now about that Autech badge!!;)

Top work as usual but ive a couple of suggestions.

1. Go back to the ProRace 1.2s.
2. Paint the copper lines black
3. Rotate the coolant temperature sender so the wire comes out underneath & re-route the wiring or run it through the existing casing.
4. Paint the coolant and washer bottles black.

1. Pro Races are for track fun, 16s are winter wheelz
2. Copper lines are black
3. I'm moving the coolant sensor soon, I wanted it in the same place now I've added the ally Rad so I have an idea of the effect its made.
4. Reservoirs were blackened earlier

I've sorted new clips for the skirts too new from Nissan.

No its my old mans mid life crisis.

Got a few more bits done yesterday.

The standard bleed nipples on the Wilwoods are actually terrible really shit design so I have replaced them now with a better solution.

A Brass insert with a 1/4" Aluminium nipple inside that, compared with my new Stainless 1 piece nipplez

Next issue with them is the way they are sat on the brackets, the inner edge of the caliper to the front face of the disc is very close, only about 1mm clearance, the back of the caliper has 3mm, so its likely now Im going to have the brackets machined to sit the caliper equally both sides...

yeah Im likely going to get the brackets machined, would rather have them spot on than OK.

real happy with the new nipz have a lot more confidence in them.

lol helpful you haven't previously spesified the size of the outer brass peice you took out only mentioned the inner peice was 1/4''.. there is a shitload of different sized one peice nipples on ebay.

Needle in a haystack rings a bell..
