Got the first stage of trim colour coding done today. Not going to do the door trims just yet.

Thanks for the input guys, I will get round to doing the boot trim too at some point, and possibly the wing mirrors.

Liam's self-advertising is shameless but effective! I am interested in the spoiler, just got to make sure I have the funds really...

Also, not sure about window tinting. It can look good if done well, but I've never liked the look of the rear window heating elements standing out in front of the black tint.

Wining noise inside the car when the engine isn't pulling the (eg clutch not engaged or idling). Gear change suddenly feels heavy and reluctant to select.

There may be trouble ahead.

Lowered, and some pics :). How did it handle on the drive back mate?

Rear only looks like it's riding high because of the camber of the road.

Looks sweet... I think me needs a respray in R34 bayside blue once I'm done with the cosmetics. :D

No rear shots want to see the rear spoiler.

Those are great, nice job on removing the lamppost. And you can really see how the camber is effecting the wheel hight on that last one. Looking at the car this morning, both the front and real wheel arch gap is pretty much identical, which is a nice change from the "nose up" stance that the car came with as standard!

It handles so. Much. Better! I was smiling all the way home. It's much more sure footed, you get more feedback through the wheel, and it no longer feels like its going to fall over on roundabouts. There are of course a couple of negatives. I'm hating speedbumps and potholes even more now, but so long as you slow down/avoid as necessary, it's fine.

Thanks again, Ed! Im well happy!

Edit: almost forgot, thanks too to Liam for getting the shocks to me in the first place. As always, great to do business with you, sir.

Knew you would be :) Tis a great feeling when you fit lowering springs for the first time, and yeah you'll get used to bumps, potholes, speed bumps soon enough!

Looks really good, I'd spray the grill black personally and de-badge the rear, spoiler is looking good too is it Liam's old one?
