Right i took the engine out today, cant wait till next sunday.

Cam covers all sprayed up now, just needs a coat of lacquer to set it of!!

The new engine goes in on saturday so fingers crossed ill be driving out with her on the afternoon lol.. ill update!
Might even bring her down for the northen meet!!

Nice one Daniel, although I would have dropped the engine and box out the bottom, seemed harder to do it the way you did?

Was abit of a bitch getting the gearbox off the pressure plate but once it was free it just lifted out.

Had to leave the gearbox in tho really cause once it was out i had to push her into a space outside at work lol.
But all in all it only took about an hour an half to take out!!

LMAO, very true.....a can fit the engine in 4 hours but it takes me nearly 2 days to find out av put the brace on the wrong way round........not to bad i thinks!!!

Lack of servicing bud, it had done 117000miles and had only had about 4-5 services lol. Still cant get over how great my car sounds now, its like a track car lol he he!!!
