My new vzr n1 version 2

Wrecked bearings but went to crank too. Thats why POC is rebuliding his to 2.0 the big ends were gone in his. and another one he had from japan when it came the big ends were knackered. Thats 2 from the same man I could name countless others too. We have lots of vz-r's over here and it aint uncommon I can tell ya that. There was one lad who serviced his every 5k kms with castrol the works and his went just going to the shops. I personally think its loss of oil press.

As for the 1.6 debate well that was what the car was built for really as a 1.6 and not a 2.0. But in fairness if I had to rip the bottom end anyway due to big ends going I would stroke it no doubt especially since it's so easy done. But until that day i'm very content with 1.6. You would be suprised what a 1.6 could take is right i have seen off much bigger opponents tuned gtst skylines an ep3 civic R and the whole lot at drag racing

To further add to the comment here are pics around my oil pump and sump that sealer is fresh ya can see it around the nuts on the sump too. Someone has definatly been playing around in there not so long ago too I can tell by the look of the sealer its fresh. Dont mind the oil around it that was due to my oil pressure switch which was changed since.

My wheels were in very good condition however one always had this yellow streak beneth the paint and drove me nuts. Anyways one of the lads in the bodyshop that work for our garage said he would paint them for me for a bottle of vodka. So dropped all 4 off and I have never seen white wheels like them there isn’t an imperfection on any of them now.

Looking lovely mate. Good to see effort still going into this. See you at Scottish Modified again this year?

@edk: most likely mate had a good weekend the last time, it's cheap over there too!

@raceworks: Most definately seems to be to a good standard tho revs to 9k all day long no bother and have covered about 15k kms since I got it. Still 1.6 tho she was dyno'd and still has miserable torque lol!

Very very nice! The only thing i think i would do, is HID fog lights :)

Other than that, its pure sex!

Got the side decals/graphics from japan off a japanese auction there christmas took this long to get them!
