N15 GTi Track Car

Just been fitted. I used a diamond coated de-burring bit to do the work.......

Exhaust note sounds deeper now....not driven her yet though.

Good spot Andy!

Into one of the secondaries. I just need to lengthen the wires to it. My car runs fine without it plugged in though.

I`d like to say yes, but my life is so hectic at the mo!

it does look fantastic was it hard to modify ?

i may look at getting one very soon :D

Thanks Dan

Not really, just a vice, a drill, some diamond coated de-burring bits and about 1 hours spare time.

defo get that O2 sensor sorted tho before going for a driver. its there for a reason fella.
sweet sweet mod, its a 1st.

I`ve ran the motor for about 6 month with no O2 sensor, and it was fine. At WOT the ECU doesn`t even read the sensor.....so for my use its ok and doesn`t really effect fuel consumption.

( sorry David i edited your post by mistake instead of quoting it ):O

ive ran mine fore the best part of a year with no lambda sensor and its run better than ever, put a new sensor in the other day for the MOT and it runs crap now, jumpy, power comes in all over the place and it feels like a 1.0 litre.

As for getting a sensor to locate in the boss in the secondary, its the same place as mine, i got a sensor from a nissan serena, it has a 2 foot long cable on it :):)

Finally been able to take it for a drive.

Appears to have more top end power.....surprised a little Glanza coming home from work, he didn`t know what had hit him, poor thing!
