Sams VZ-R N1

was that bushing causing problems.... should be easy done with a piece the exact side of the bushing on one side and a piece that the bushing can fit into then on the other side, a threaded bar though the middle and a couple of nuts.

meh it takes 30 seconds theres no downsides... why stitch weld chassis...

True enough, and they stitch/seam weld shells because they do twist, as the length of the car is much longer so leverage has a much greater effect. if you want to weld something on the chassis to improve handling plate over the bottom of the rear axle, as boxing it it will make it much harder for it to twist :)

also n15... you can buy a toolset for doing exactly that, but if you have a press and a lathe at your disposal why waste money on a tool you'll rarely use?

Funny you should say about having the rear beam boxed ;)

Everything was tried to get the bush out. Threaded bar etc wasn't having any of it.

yeah them bushes are tight as fook in the arms for sure; even in my brand new arms, they were hard to remove to put in the polys. looks like good work, looking forward to the updates

These were brand new arms :)

Picked these up this morning, and sold the White wheels from the Micra this afternoon.

Should clear the wilwoods, practically brand new Federal RSR's aswell
